This is a mini-miniature sized, warm growing epiphytic orchid found in the Mascarene Islands, Mauritus and Reunion with thickened stems carrying 2 to 5 apical, rigid, ligulate, "v" shaped in cross section uneaqually bilobed apically leaves that blooms in the late spring and summer on a slender, 1.2 to 1.6" [3 to 4 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence.
