Common Name Cecillia's Bromheadia [Wife of Author current]

Found in Sarawak and Sabah Borneo in mossy lower montane forests at elevations of 1200 to 1700 meters as a medium sized, warm growing, trunk epiphyte with a stem completely enveloped by leaf sheaths and carrying linear, laterallly flattened to terete, straight to slightly curved leaves thqat blooms fall and winter on an unbranched to 7 branched, terminal, to 25 flowered inflorescence with imbricating bracts from which the flowers emerge.
