Common Name The Beautiful Bromheadia - In Australia - The Pale Reed Orchid

Found in northern Queensland in straggly clumps among low shrubsand rushes at elevations of sea level to 200 meters as a miniature sized, hot to warm growing terrestrial with erect, scrambling to erect, flattened, yellowish green stems carrying spreading, stiff, linear, obtuse, notched apically leaves that blooms at most any time of the year on a termional, erect, 4 to 8" [10 to 20 cm] long, apically shortly zigzag, successively single, several flowered inflorescence with widely opening flowers
