Common Name or Meaning The Little Shoe-Shaped Bulbophyllum [referes to the shape of the lip]

Found in Borneo in montane forests at elevations of 1200 to 1650 meters as a small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with a crepping rhizome and .2 to .4" [.5 to 1 cm] in between each ovoid, not to harly flattened, yellow-sh to olive green pseudobulb carrying a single, medium to dark green, rather thin, elliptic, obtuse, gradually narrowing below into the shortly petiolate base leaf that blooms in the sspring on an erect, basal, 2 to 3.2" [5 to 8 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence with a tubular floral bract.
