Common Name The Loose Flowered Bulbophyllum

Flower Size 1/8" [3 mm]

Thailand: Doi Sutep, 1200-1500 m. on trees in evergreen forest as a miniature to small sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with 1 1/8 to 2 1/4" [3 to 6 cm] between each smooth, slightly 4 angled, green to brownish conical pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, lanceolate, short petillate leaf that blooms in the winter on a basal, 4 to 5" [10 to 12.5 cm] long inflorescence enveloped basally and upwards by several sheaths with a rhachis that is 2 1/4 to 8" [6 to 20 cm] long with many well spaced flowers about 1/4" apart.
