Common Name The Mucronate Bulbophyllum [may refer to the mucronate apex of the leaves]

Found in Thailand, penninsular Malaysia, western Java, Borneo, Sulawesi and the Philippines, in primary forests at elevations of 600 to 1200 meters as a mini-miniature sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with a creeping rhizome and .8" [2 cm] between each ovoid pseudobulb and carrying a single, apical, ovate-oblong, gradually narrowing below into the shortly petiolate base leaf that blooms on an erect, basal, .22" [6mm] long, single flowered inflorescence.
