Found only in Thailand on trees in hilly evergreen forests at elevations around 300 to 500 meters as a small sized, hot growing epophyte with a creeping rhizome and 1.6 to 3.2" [4 to 8 cm] between each, conical, tall pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, lanceolate leaf that blooms in the fall on a basal, arcuate, 2" [5 cm] long, densly many flowered, racemose inflorescence arising on a newly mature pseudobulb with the flowers held at the apex near mid-leaf.
