Found in Sarawak Borneo in peaty podzolic or riparian forests at elevations of 450 to 1000 meters as a small sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with .56 to 1" [1.4 to 2.5 cm] between each, ellipsoid to ovoid, obtusely 4 angled pseudobulb carrying a single, apical, elliptic, rounded to obtuse, petiollate base leaf that bloomsin the summer on an erect, peduncle [.1 to .12 [2.5 to 3 mm] long, .48 to .8” [1.2 to 2 cm] long overall, single flowered inflorescence
