Common Name The Yoksun Bulbophyllum [Yoksam a village in Sikkim]
Flower Size .2" [5mm] wide
Found in Nepal, the eastern Himalayas, Myanamar and Malaysia? in subtropical mixed forests at elevations around 1800 to 2700 meters as a miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with 1.8 to 3.6" [4.5 to 9 cm] between each cylindric, narrowing above and curved pseudobulbs enveloped below by white sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, lanceolate, obtuse, narrowing below into the sessile to shortly petiolate base leaf that blooms in the fall on an erect, 1" [2.5 cm] long, 6 to 12 flowered, racemose to sub-umbellate inflorescence arising through the sheath and holding the flowers at the apex in a loose umbel.
I have my doubts about the photos being correct so I have included a drawing. Often cited as synomonous with B emarginatum, I have left them separate for now.
