Found in New Guinea in swamp, hill and rainforests at elevations of sealevel to 600 meters as a miniature sized, hot growing epiphyte with slender, close set, subcalvate, sharply 4 winged, carrying a single, apical, erect, falcate, linear, basally rounded, obtuse and minutely unequally bilobed apically that blooms in the winter through summer on a terminal, 1/4" [5.7 mm] single flowered inflorescence arising through a spathe.
