Found in western Australia at elevations of 50 to 350 meters in open forests, woodlands and granite outcrops as a small to medium sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial orchid witha single leaf that blooms i nthe spring on an eret, 8 to 16" [20 to 40 cm] long, 1 to 3 flowered inflorescence
