Found in SW Western Australia at elevations of 30 to 350 meters in winter wet areas of Wandoo woodlands and among she-oaks as a small sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial orchid witha single, basal, pilose leaf that blooms in the winter on an erect, 6 to 12 [15 to 30 cm] long, 1 to 3 flowered inflorescence
