A miniature sized, cold to cool growing terrestrial from Eastern Australian at elevations of 400 to 800 meters occuring in open forest with open heathy under-story mainly in granite-based loamy soil with a single, thin leaf that blooms in the spring on an erect, to 3.2 to 8" [8 to 20 cm] long, 1 to 4 flowered inflorescence carrying honey scented flowers.
