Found in Victoria Australia as a small sized, cool to warm growing terrestrial occuring in open forest with open heathy or grassy under-story often in poor stony soils where it blooms in the spring on an erect, to 10" [25 cm] long, 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence and are generally thought to be pollinated by bees.
