Flower Size 3/4" to 2 1/2" long [2 cm to 6.25 cm]

Found in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and New Zealand as a miniature to small sized, cold growing terrestrial in sand and sandstone soils in heathlands and open forests at elevations of sea-level to 600 meters with a reclining green, reddish beneath leaf that blooms in the spring and summer on a few [1 to 5] flowered, erect, 6" to 20" [15 to 40 cm] long, hairy, inflorescence with inverted flowers.
