Flower Size 1.4" [6 cm]

Found in Victoria and possibly South Australia at elevations of 200 to 250 meters among grass and shrubs in open forests as a medium sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial witha single leaf that blooms in the spring on an erect, 10 to 12.8" [20 to 32 cm] long, 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence.
