Common Name The Scooped Catasetum

Flower Size 2" [5 cm]

Found in SE Brazil in the coastal Atlantic forest as a medium sized, warm to hot growing epiphyte found in Atlantic coastal forests in large trees with fusiform pseudobulbs carrying oblong-ligulate, plicate leaves that blooms in the spring through fall on a basal, to 12" [30 cm] long, arching to pendant, many [to 20+] flowered raceme with fragrant flowers.
