Common Name Hariot's Microterangis [French Orchid Enthusiast 1800's]
Flower Size 1/4" [3 to 4 mm]
Found in the Comoros Islands at elevations of sealevel to 750 meters as a miniature to small sized, hot to warm growing, monopodial epiphyte with a short stem carrying 4 to 7 obovate-oblong , unequally obtuse and bilobed apically leaves that blooms with numerous pendant, 8" [20 cm] long racemes of many densly packed, alternate, miniature flowers occuring in the spring.
