Found only in Java at elevations of 300 to 1000 meters as a minaiture sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with a very short stem with gray green roots and when present, small, lanceolate, fleshy, hairy leaves and blooms on a pendant, densely hairy, 6 to 8" [15 to 20 cm] long, to 10 flowered inflorescence with simultaneously opening flowers
