Found in southern Vietnam in primary and secondary, broad-leaved evergreen forests on silicate rocks at elevations of 800 to 1200 meters as a miniature to medium sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with a simple to few branched, rigid, ascending to erect stem carrying leathery, straight to slighty recurved, oblong-lanceolate, unequally bilobed, oblong, rounded lobes, sessile base leaves that blooms in the fall on a lateral, horizontal to ascending, often curved or slightly flexuose, grassy green, paniculate, 4 to 14 branched, each branch .4 to 4.8" [1 to 12 cm] long, peduncle 4 to 7.2" [10 to 18 cm] long, rachis striaght to slightly flexuose, spirally arranged, many flowered inflorescence with minute, triangular, acute shorter than the ovary floral bracts and carrying wide opening, rather fleshy flowers
