Common Name or Meaning The Large Cordiglottis

Found in Penninsular Malaysia and Sarawak, Borneo in lowland mixed dipterocarp forests at elevations around 200 meters as a miniature to small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with a short stem completely enveloped by imbricate, leafless belowand leafbearing above sheaths, holding the laterally flattened, slightly curved, acute, attenuate to the sheaths belwo leaves held in a fan shape that blooms on a basal, very short, single flowered infloresence holding the flower tight against the base of the stem
