Common Name Castellano's Cranichis

Flower Size

Found in Bolivia, Paraguay, southern Brazil and north west Argentina in rainforests as a small sized, cool growing terrestrial with a basal rosette of petiolate base leaves that blooms in the fall on an erect, 6" [15 cm] long, densely many flowered inflorescence with all the non-resupinate flowers held in an apical clyindrical bottle-brush-like head.
