Common Name or Meaning The One Piece Lip Cynorchis [refers to the lip's lack of side lobes]

Found in Madagascar in lichen rich montane forests at elevations around 2000 to 2600 meters as a minature to small sized, cool growing terrestrial with elongate tubers and giving rise t oa single, lanceolate to elliptical-lingulate, acute and gradually attenuate basally leaf that blooms in the summer on a glabrous, erect, 2.4" [6 cm] long, few flowered inflorescence with several bracts and carrying non-resupinate, glabrous flwoers
