Found in southeastern Tibet in forests in moist areas at elevations around 4300 meters as a small to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with an erect, glabrous stem with several sheaths at the base and carrying 3, elliptic-ovate t oelliptic. sparsely pubescent, acuminate to acute apically leaves that blooms on a terminal, erect, single flowered inflorescence with ovate to ovate-elliptic, sparsely pubescent, acute to acuminate floral bracts
