Flower Size 1/4" to 1/2" [7 to 1.2 mm]
Found in the western Himalayas Bangladesh, India, Assam, Nepal, eastern Himalayas, Myanamar and Thailand at elevations of 600 to 2400 meters as a miniature to medium sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with fusiform to clavate, curved to wavy, ridged, yellowish stems carrying 2 to 6, towards the apex of the stem, elliptic-oblong to elliptic-lanceolate, acute, obliquely emarginate, veined, tapering into the clasping sheath base leaves that blooms in the summer on several, lateral, short, subcapitate, subdensely 4 to 6 flowered, glabrous, weakly zig-zag inflorescence with overlapping, broadly ovate, bracts.
