Found in Palau in the Caroline Islands at elevations around 100 meters as a medium sized, pendulous, hot growing epiphyte with cylindric to subclavate stems carrying a single, apical, coriaceous, lanceolate-ligulate, obtuse leaves that blooms in the winter and early spring on a 2.2" [5.5 cm] long, 2 to 5 flowered inflorescence

The photo has 10 green and white flowers so does not match references, USE WITH CAUTION!!!! I have noticed that this one is very similar to D dendrocolloides from New Guinea, more research!
