Common Name The Boat-Shaped Column Dendrobium [refers to the lip]
Flower Size .7 to .8" [1.8 to 2 cm]
Found in Borneo in hill, lower and upper montane forests at elevations of 700 to 2400 meters as a medium sized, warm to cold growing epiphyte with swollen above the base, many angled, branching stems carrying many, papery, linear-lanceolate, folded, slightly basally twisted, acuminately bidentate apically leaves that blooms in the spring on a short, few flowered inflorescence
