Common Name The Graceful Dendrophylax

Found in Cuba in broadleafed forests at elevations of sea level to 800 meters as a small sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte th almost no stem giving rise to numerous, densely fasciculate, slender, flexuous roots that blooms in the fall on a sparsely verrucose, peduncle slender, 2 to 3 , distantly bracted, 1.2 to 2" [3 to 5 cm] long, simple to single branched, 1 to 3 flowered inflorescence carrying green to white, fragrant, membraneous flowers.
