Found in New Guinea at elevations of 1500 to 1800 meters as a small to medium sized, cool growing epiphyte with pendent, elongated, many angled, branching stems carrying very short, ovate-oblong-ligulate, obtuse leaves that blooms in the later spring on a flattened, short, 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence

CAUTION!!!!!!! I am not sure of this determination. Van Vugt has it as D sp. but I feel that it is close to this species if not it exactly.
