Common Name The Fire Red Debdrobium

Flower Size .6" [1.5 cm]

Found in western New Guinea on trees in swamps or in primary forests as a medium sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte at lower elevations with clustered, somewhat flattened stems carrying many, distichous, imbricating, all in one plane, elliptic leaves and blooms in the late winter on a very short, 2 flowered inflorescence.
