Common Name The Krat Dendrobium [A town in Thailand]

Flower Size .4" [1 cm]

Found only in the foothills of coastal southwestern penninsular Thailand and coastal northeastern Thailand at elevations around 20 meters as a miniature to small sized, hot growing epiphyte with short to 6" [15 cm] long stems carrying a few leaves that blooms in the fall with many, axillary ,from the upper nodes, 4 to 6" [10 to 15 cm] long, few to several [4 to 6] flowered inflorescence arising with some leaves still present and carrying fragrant flowers.

Water freely while growing but slack off as canes mature and leaves begin to fall, as well as hit with a high phosphate fertilizer in the late summer and fall to increase budding. Best to slack off all fertilizer from Christmas until new growths appear in the spring when a high nitrogen fertilizer can be resumed
