Found in Luzon the Philippines around limestone and grasses at elevations around 600 meters as a large sized, warm growing terrestrial or lithophtye with erect, ocasionally branching stems carrying deciduous, linear to lanceolate, very acute leaves that blooms in the later fall and winter on a single flowered inflorescence.
