Found in Assam India, Myanamar, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam at elevations around 180 to 280 meters meters as a minaiture to small sized, hot growing epiphyte with curved, stout cane-like stems carrying many lanceolate, imbricate, disitchous leaves that are all held in one plane that blooms in the winter and early spring on a short, axillary inflorescence carrying 1 to 5, nearly erect flowers.
