Common Name The Few Leafed Dendrobium - In Thailand Ueang Khao Tok Prachin

Flower Size 1" or less [2.5 cm]

Found in southern Vietnam and southeastern Thailand in evergreen lowland forests and primary montane forests at elevations around 650 meters as a miniature, hot growing epiphyte with cylindrical, clustered, stems that are leafy in the upper half carrying 2 to 8 , distichous, 2 pointed leaves that can flower at most any time of the year on a 1 to 2 1/2" [2.5 to 6.25 cm] long, axillary, inflorescence with 1 to 4, longlasting flowers.

Water only enough to keep the canes from shriveling in the winter months and curtail fertilizer until new growth emerges in the spring.
