Found only in Mindano Island of the Philippines at elevations around 800 meters as a medium to just large sized, hot growing epiphtye with semipendulous, close set, terete, elongate, reddish brown, smooth canes carrying lanceolate, acute, papery, deciduous leaves that blooms on a short, 1.2 to 1.6" [3 to 4 cm] long, few flowered inflorescence with lanceolate, acute, greeen floral bracts and carries slightly fragrant flowers.
