Found in Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Orissa India as a medium sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with fleshy, stem-like, erect to arching pseudobulbs carrying deciduous, lanceolate leaves that blooms in the spring on an erect 3" [7.5 cm] long, 2 to 3 flowered inflorescence carrying fragrant flowers

CAUTION This ID is tentative as I have no real references as to what this species should be.
