Common Name or Meaning The 7 Ribbed Dendrobium

Found on Ambon Island within the Moluucas as a small to medium sized, hot growing epiphyte with pale, yellow green, very flattened, 9 to 12 noded stems carrying 3 to 7, towards the apex, dark green, ovate to oblong-lanceolate, basally twisted, apically recurved leaves thaqt blooms on short, arising from the upper nodes on the stem, 2 to 4 flwoered inflorescnece carrying fragrant flowers that are pale yellow brown suffused with purple and the lip is white with pale rose nerves.
