Common Name The Almost Stemless Dendrobium
Flower Size .3 to .4" [.8 to 1 cm]
Found in the Moluccas, New Guinea and the Solomon Islands on small moss covered twigs and branches at elevations of 750 to 2500 meters as a super miniature sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte or occasional lithoterrestrial with reddish brown pseudobulbs carrying 2 to 3 oval, deciduolus, dark green above, purple suffused beneath leaves that blooms in the spring through fall on leaf less canes with several, short, 2 flowered inflorescence with the flowers facing each other
