Common Name The Terete Dendrobium [refers to the leaves]

Found in Thailand, Malaysia, Borneo, Java and Sumatra in very wet locations at elevations of sealevel to 650 meters high in the canopy as a miniature sized, hot growing epiphyte with erct, non branched stems carrying in the basal portion terete, slightly curved leaves and in the apical portion scale leaves that blooms in the summer, on very short, single flowered inflorescence arising near the apex of the stem

In Java a poulstice is made from the leaves and are put upon the forehead to help with headaches.
