Common Name The Longitudinally Striped Disa

Found in SW Cape Province South Africa in mountains on rock ledges at elevations of 600 to 1200 meters as a medium sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial with narrowly lanceolate, cauline, erect leaves that blooms in the spring on an erect, 16" [40 cm] long, lax 3 to 20 flowered inflorescence
