Common Name The Golden Yellow Flower Diuris - The Granite Donkey Orchid

Flower Size .65 to .8" [1.8 to 2 cm]

Found in Queensland and New South Wales, Australia at elevations of 700 to 1000 meters in forests among shrubs and grass as a small sized, cold growing terrestrial orchid with 2 leaves that blooms in the late winter and spring on an erect, 6 to 12" [15 to 30 cm], 2 to 7 flowered inflorescence.
