Common Name Nugent's Dockrillia
Flower Size 3/4" [1.5 cm]
Found in Queensland and New South Wales Australia as a small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte at elevations of 600 to 1000 meters of the highlands and less so the lowlands on trees in dry creek beds where it blooms on a terminal, erect, 2 1/4" to 6" [6 to 15 cm] long, racemose inflorescence with fragrant flowers occuring in the winter. This species is closely related to Dockrillia linguiforme and some authors list it as a variety.
