Common Name Adolph's Duckeela [German Orchid Collector in Brazil early 1900's]

Found in Colombia, Venezuela and Amazonas Brazil at lower elevations as a small to medium sized, hot growing terrestrial orchid with an erect stem with a few, acuimnate, loose, sheaths and carrying a basal, linear leaf that blooms on an erect, terminal, successively single, several flowered inflorescence arising from imbricating, acute floral bracts.
