Common Name Waiandt's Epidendrum [Brazilian Collector of the type current]

Found in Espirito Santo state of Brazil in rain forests at elevations of 500 to 800 meters as a caespitose, miniature sized,warm growing epiphyte with slightly conic, short, 3 internoded pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, elliptic, smooth, acute leaves that blooms in the Brazilian winter on a terminal, pendent, racemose, longer than the leaf, successively single, few flowered inflorescence with small, triangular floral bracts and caryring brown flowers with the tepals and lip dark brown and a green calli with a pink apex.
