This miniature sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte has ovoid pseudobulbs carrying 2, very slender, linear lanceolate, channeled, petiolate base leaves and is endemic to the islands of the Philippines at elevations of 100 to 1600 meters where it blooms in mid-winter on an arching 6" [15 cm] long, pubescent, densly many flowered, racemose inflorescence.
