Common Name or Meaning The White and Purple Flickingeria

Found in Chinese Himalayas, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam on trees in sparse woods or on rocks along ravines at elevations of 800 to 1700 meters as a small sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with basally terete medianally to apically swollen, rugose pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, erect, linear, apically acute to obtuse, basally narrowing into the clasping base leaf that bloom on a terminal, short, single flowered infloresence with extremely short lived flowers.
