Found in Found in Myanamar, Thailand, S. China and Laos in dense forests at elevations of 600 to 1700 meters as a small to medium sized, warm to cool growing, monopodial epiphyte with a short to long stem carrying to 6 or 8, falcate, narrowly oblanceolate, deeply unequal subacutely bifid apically leaves with a very short, erect suborbicular inflorescence with a few [2 to 7], fragrant, waxy flowers occuring in the late winter and spring.
