Said to be a synonym of G. japonicus, blooms in the fall and is a cool to warm growing miniature epiphyte with a Phalaenopsis-like growth habit, iridescent dark green 3" leaves on a short stem with white roots, short pendant 1" spikes emerge from between the leaves bearing dense clusters of beautiful 3/4" blooms, sepals and petals are white with bright yellow tips, sack-shaped lip is white with a yellow tip and red spotting in its pouch, column is red, free flowering, that blooms with fragrant flowers.
