Found in Java and Borneo in mixed oak/chestnut lower montane forests on sanstone ridgese at elevations around 900 meters as a miniature sized hot to warm growing terrestrial with lanceolate, acute, greyish green with white to yellow reticulation leaves that blooms on a terminal, erect, 4 to 5.3" [20 to 24 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence carrying successive opening flowers with about half open at any one time.
