Common Name The Flesh Red Habenaria

Flower Size 1" [2.5 cm]

Found in Thailand on limestone hills at lower elevations as a small sized, hot to warm growing, deciduous terrestrial with several, basal, olivegreen with pale spotted leaves and blooms in the late summer on a terminal, erect, to 15 flowered, racemose inflorescence as the new growths become mature. The leaves fall after the flowers and rainy season fade in the early fall and the tubers go dormant for a few months in late fall and early winter.
